On December 29, 2022, at approximately 10am, Narcotics Agents, K9 Rocko, Uniformed Deputies, and members of the Hazardous Entry and Arrest Team (H.E.A.T.) served a search warrant at 18 Dickens Avenue in Roanoke Rapids.  This search was a result of an investigation conducted by Agent B. Murphy for the alleged sales of narcotics from the residence.  Upon entry, the residence Jeb Robert Green (39) was found inside along with two firearms, 102 grams of methamphetamines, marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and $850 in currency.  

Green was subsequently arrested for the charges of:

• Trafficking in Methamphetamine,

• Possession with the Intent to Sell and Deliver Methamphetamine,

• Felony Possession of Methamphetamine,

• Felony Maintaining a Dwelling for Storage of a Controlled Substance,

• Possession of a Firearm by a Felon,

• Possession with the Intent to Sell and Deliver Marijuana, and

• Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 

Green is a convicted felon.  He has a conviction from 2004 in Halifax County for narcotics-related charges.  Green was given a $41,500 bond and a January 11, 2023 court date.
