CITY OF ROCKY MOUNT SEEKING OFFICE SPACE IN DOWNTOWN RMT FOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICE

5.0 SCOPE OF WORK


5.1 GENERAL

Fully developed and up fitted lease space for the Downtown and Business Development Office.

The space shall be within one half (1.5) mile of the southwest main street and western avenue intersection.

The floor plan shall not be open to the general public.

Office spaces, conference rooms and break room will have walls/doors.

The receptionist/administrator space shall be the first point of contact to all visitors.

All spaces shall be ADA compliant.


5.2 LEASED SPACE

Minimum Requirements for leased space:

a) Downtown Location (Main Street preferred)

b) 4 – Office Spaces (150 sq feet each)

a. Cubicles cannot substitute office space

c) 1 - Receptionist/Administrator Space

d) 1 - Conference Room (300 sq feet each)

e) 2 - Bathrooms (120 sq feet each)

f) 1 - Break Area (150 sq feet each)

g) Interior & Exterior Signage

h) Useable square footage for all areas Provide with proposal:

a) Copy of CO and last inspections report

b) Terms of tenancy

c) Floor plan design

d) Quantity of onsite and near site parking
