TREVIS TRAMONE DICKENS 32, was arrested by Tarboro Police Department on Monday and charged with 1st Degree Forcible Rape and Resisiting an Officer.
According to court documents the rape occurred 1/14/2021
He is in the Edgecombe County Jail under a $50,000 bond.
In 2012 and 2016 he was charged and convicted of Indecent Exposure
He has pending cases for breaking and entering and has a history of larceny
