THREE ARRESTED AFTER LEADING HALIFAX COUNTY SHERIFFS OFFICE ON A CHASE THAT ENDED IN ROCKY MOUNT.
Yesterday, Saturday June 5th Halifax County Sheriffs Office saw a vehicle on Interstate 95 heading south that was just involved in a Robbery at Tractor Supply in Roanoke Rapids. The three took Generators in the incident.
The deputy attempted to stop the vehicle on 95 and it fled into Rocky Mount. The chase went from Interstate 95 to the Dortches Exit and then into Rocky Mount. The vehicle took 301 South at Benvenue Rd and then crashed at the McDonalds at Sutters Creek.
The three individuals, JESSICA RODRIGUEZ, JUSTIN SMITH AND QUTHER KEITH HOUSE fled the vehicle and stashed stolen items behind the old Texas Steakhouse before running in to Lidl.
All three were found in the Lidl store and taken into custody.
JESSICA SUZANNE RODRIGUEZ 36, was charged with AID AND ABET ARMED ROBBERY and FELONY CONSPIRACY and is in the Halifax County Jail under a $50,000 Bond.
JESSICA has pending charges for DWLR in Nash and Felony Possession of Heroin in Wilson.
JUSTIN DOUGLAS SMITH 30, was charged with FLEE TO ELUDE, POSSESSION ON STOLEN PROPERTY, ROBBERY WITH A DANGEROUS WEAPON, AND FELONY CONSPIRACY. He is in the Halifax County Jail under a $75,000 Bond.
JUSTIN SMITH has pending charges in Nash for Larceny and pending charges in Wayne county for Possession of Heroin and Breaking and Entering a Vehicle.
He has a ling history of Larceny and Felony Breaking and Entering.
QUTHER KEITH HOUSE 35, was charged with ROBBERY WITH A DANGEROUS WEAPON, FELONY CONSPIRACY AND POSSESSION OF STOLEN GOODS. He is in Halifax County Jail under a $75,000 Bond.
He has a history of Assault inflicting serious injury, Breaking and Entering, and Drug Charges
